Spectrophotometer
Utilizing the spectrophotometer is used for various reasons in the scientific world. In chemistry, spectrophotometry is the quantitative measurement of the reflection or transmission properties of a material as a function of wavelength. i currently use this tool for the cell differentiation study.
Gel Electrophoresis
Gel electrophoresis is a method for separation and analysis of macromolecules and their fragments, based on their size and charge. I utilized this technique in biomolecules lab, and in the RISE program.
